  • Changera: Before the groom enters the premise of a bride, there is custom to bring presents to the groom in a open container made of bamboo called Changera. It is very essential and the marriage rituals won’t be complete without it.
  • Koniya: There is a ritual in a marriage where groom throw puffed rice using the container made from bamboo called Koniya. Bride’s brother give the puffed rice in the container and groom spreads them over using konia and a song is very popular.
