Sanjay Mishra is a film actor in India who was born back in the year 1963 in Darbhanga, Bihar. He is well known for his great works in Hindi cinema and television as well. Sanjay Mishra studied in Varanasi in Kendriya Vidyalaya BHU and later joined the National School of Drama and in 1995 is when he made his acting debut film Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India!.

He did his first shooting that is the television series Chanakya which took him 28 takes. For him to rehearse and shoot since the director was away he delegated his duties to his assistant. Oh, Darling! Yeh Hai India! Was his first movie to release back in the year 1995 whereby he played as the harmonium player.
When he acted in Satya and Dil Se.., it assisted him to secure a position in Shukla which is a corrupt Paan-loving employee. After this acting, he mainly in television serials before moving exclusively to films. In the year 2005, he decided to leave television serials after the recognition for his position in the Bunty Aur Babli and Apna Sapna Money Money.

Sanjay Mishra acted and gained fame in 2006 with the back-to-back hit films Golmaal as well as Fun Unlimited and Dhamaal. After these back-to-back films, he appeared in many multi starter films acting in small roles before being recognized nationwide for his acting position in RGV. He directed a movie entitled Pranaam Walekum that was released in the year 2016 January.
Other than working in the Hindi film industry, he as well acted in the Bhojpuri cinema releasing one and only film entitled Rang Li Chunariya Tere Naam. His continued hard work enabled him to claim the male protagonist role in the film Ankhon Dekhi, which was directed by Rajat Kapoor. He was also awarded as the best actor for his role as Banji in the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor for his role as Bauji. The upcoming project of Mishra is a short film Masoom whose shooting will take part in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh in India. After this Mishra began acting in the Bollywood, romantic comedy with his first film entitled Aloo Chaat directed by Robbie Grewal.
